An independent retail concept presenting a considered selection of clothing, footwear, accessories and everyday objects from established and emerging international designers. EQUIPMENT was conceived as an alternative to conventional luxury retail—bringing together distinctive, enduring products within an approachable environment shaped by material restraint, utility and discovery.

WORK—SITE developed EQUIPMENT from initial concept through ongoing operation, directing its positioning, identity, physical environment, merchandising and digital presence. The project extends across every point of contact—from brand selection and spatial systems to packaging, photography, printed material and e-commerce—creating a unified retail experience capable of serving both a local community and an international audience.
